I think BigDaddy is now on for category of sites. Our site starts with ´v´ (is it being done on alphabets or datacenter wise) and we
are in Asia.

Our site is jumping back and forth from 2 pages to 5 pages to 20 pages.

Kris, BigDaddy has been fully deployed. You are probably seeing some of the June/July 2006 Updates effecting your site. Each of the Google Data Centers update on their own independent schedule. Matt Cutts commented that "overly" optimized sites are seeing the biggest hit in this last update.
